Rachael Ross
Coaching and training with Passion at Work means I spend more and more of my time doing what I love: working with people to help them reconnect with their vocation and values, and live them more completely through their work. With Passion @ Work, I collaborate with colleagues to offer Inspiration @ Work workshops for individuals and Values @ Work for teams in organisations.
I draw on my experience of 15 years working as a coach and management trainer in the UK and Europe, and growing a small business into a leading diversity consultancy. I am a member of EMCC, I am an accredited Coverdale coach and an NLP Master Practitioner. I enjoy creating new ways of working with my colleagues at Passion at Work which feel effortless and yet challenge us as a community of coaches.
I live in the Pewsey Vale in Wiltshire with my family, and I keep my own creative resources topped up with music especially singing, and reading and writing poetry. And a few other favourite things which inspire me…? Stevie Wonder, florentines, Sigur Ros Hoppipolla, travelling, acting troupe, singing, curiousity...

Pat Naylor
I have been in training and development all my working life from The Savoy Hotel Group to The Ford Motor Company and most recently, Sue Knight Consulting. My inspiration to keep learning comes from meeting people and the skills they have that intrigue me and spark my curiosity - from NLP (Master Practitioner) to life drawing. Passion@Work is compelling for me because it's a new way of working with people to help them to find their own answers to the question, 'what is next for you?
My passion lies in connecting people with ideas. Passion@Work has allowed me to discover just exactly how I want to work and bring my unique set of skills and talents to the organisation in a flexible and inclusive way. We truly live out our principles by creating the role I have. I am a creator of ideas and connections both for Passion@Work as a company and within the workshops for delegates.
I also run workshops with my good friend and colleague, Angela O'Connell on 'The Art of Intuition' where we are constantly discovering new ways of accessing and growing intuition both at work and in life generally. I live in South Buckinghamshire with my extended family and two dogs.

Coaching is a calling for me as I am passionate about the amazing potential in all of us - individually and collectively. I believe we can all make a unique and valuable contribution to life. This potential is there in us always, but so often goes unrecognised. Unnoticed assumptions, beliefs and decisions can result in dramatic and important consequences, both positive and negative - like the flap of a butterfly's wing resulting in a hurricane... delicate yet powerful. I work with my colleagues at Passion@Work to explore and notice what's really important for delegates - as they develop vision and choices, change and action.
My experience spans over 25 years in business, including 18 years in equity markets with Goldman Sachs, UBS and others, as well as leadership in industry and as a manager, consultant and trainer. I am a member of the International Coach Federation having trained with Coaching Development, with additional training in NLP, CBT, Team Coaching and use of Clean Language. I am constantly learning - and love the fact that there is so much more to discover in my work.
At home in Wiltshire, I love my family, people, music, technology, cricket and liquorice.

Nick Naylor
I specialise in business and individual performance, based on NLP principles. I also work on strategy development with a number of senior managers and main boards and help organisations develop and implement change management programmes.
I spent over 20 years in Consumer Goods Marketing, initially with Colgate Palmolive in London and subsequently with Mars Confectionery, where I held a number of international positions, living and working in the US, Middle East and Continental Europe, where I was European Marketing Director for Kids products. From there, I moved to become European Chief Executive of a well-known marketing company, working with McDonald's, Coca-Cola, Philip Morris and Diageo.
I have a BA degree in Business Administration and am a certified coach and qualified NLP trainer. My values reflect my interest in inspiring individuals and teams to reach their full potential, while facilitating learning in a co-operative but challenging and powerful manner. I am passionate about creating engaging and interactive programmes that deliver innovative and inspirational results.

Mike Hughes
As a coach and trainer I get the most satisfaction from helping people grow, develop and fulfil their ambitions. I like to create opportunities for them to experience new ways of thinking so that they achieve breakthroughs which enable them to blossom so that they get even more enjoyment and happiness from what they do and the lives they lead.
Before setting up my own coaching business I had spent my working life with Unilever so I have practical experience of working in a large organisation and everything that goes with it. One of those experiences was being made redundant so I know how challenging and significant it was to be able to assess and acknowledge what was important to me at that point in my life. That is why I am so passionate about what Passion@Work delivers.
I live in a quiet village in West Sussex with my wife and two daughters who are the most important part of my life. I enjoy watching sport particularly football and tennis (I still play the latter at my local village club). I enjoy films, books and TV programmes especially those that make me smile.
