Delivery Policy
We use Royal Mail for delivery worldwide and First Class charges are applied at cost.
If a customer requires an item or items sooner than the Royal Mail standard delivery times they only need to inform
Passion@Work Ltd who will be happy to arrange for Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Every care is taken to ensure the Goods are posted within two days of ordering provided the items are in stock, and that they are sufficiently protected to ensure safe delivery.
We shall not be responsible where any failure or delay in delivery is due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to Acts of God, fires, strikes, and failure of suppliers or distribution partners. In the event of such delay our obligations under the contract will be suspended for the period of the delay.

Damaged in Transit:-
Should there be any damage to the delivered goods, details must be noted on any delivery documentation that may come with your order, it will be your responsibility to inform us within 24 hours.
Incorrect Goods:-
It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 2 days of delivery.
Cancellation of Orders:-
Should you for any reason need to cancel your order prior to its dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@passionatwork.co.uk or call 01628 667363 stating your name and order number.
