Terms & Conditions
- Definitions
- Passion@Work Ltd is the provider of the course/coaching/product.
- 'Participant' means the person entering into agreement with Passion@Work Ltd for the purpose of attending a course/coaching or purchasing a product.
- Booking Conditions
Simply complete your booking form and either use the online payment facilities or send it with your cheque quoting the course/coaching and the dates you wish to attend.
- Post
We aim to confirm your place on the course/coaching within 24 hours of receiving your completed form and deposit. For products please see our delivery policy. If you do not hear from us within a working week please contact the office on 01628 667363
- Fees
The fees for the courses/coaching include all relevant materials and meals specified in the course outline.
- Payment
Full payment must be made within 10 days of the start date and should be accompanied by a completed booking form. Cheques should be made payable to 'Passion@Work Ltd’. Please write your course/coaching date on the reverse of the cheque along with all correspondence you include.
- Cancellations & Transfers
Transfer of a course booking to an alternative date is subject to the following charges:
- Transfer requested 15 days or more prior to the start date: charge = 25% of fees
- Transfer requested 14 days or less prior to the start date: charge = 50% of fees
All transfer fees must be paid 30 days prior to the new date of the course selected for transfer and must be taken within the year of transferring.
Cancellation of a course booking is subject to the following charges:
- Cancelled 30 days or more prior to the start date: charge = 25% of fees (75% refunded)
- Cancelled between 15 and 30 days prior to the start date charge = 75% of fees (25% refunded)
- Cancelled 14 days or less prior to the start date charge = 100% of fees (zero refund)
- If a participant fails to attend the course/coaching all fees are forfeited (zero refund)
All deposits are non-refundable.
- Cancellation by Passion@Work Ltd
Passion@Work Ltd reserve the right to alter the course/coaching content, alter the course/coaching location, to alter the course delegate numbers at any time without liability.
Passion@Work Ltd reserve the right to cancel or postpone the course/coaching without liability and participants will be offered an alternative event date, a credit note or a refund.
- Special Requirements

- Joining Instructions
You will be sent joining instructions, which will contain details of the location, start times and any other relevant details.
- Participants Obligations
In consideration of the course/coaching to be rendered by Passion@Work Ltd under this agreement the participant agrees:-
- To pay the fee in full, without deductions.
- To indemnify and keep indemnified Passion@Work Ltd from and against any and all liability and loss damage (whether civil or criminal) suffered. This also includes legal fees or costs incurred by Passion@Work Ltd resulting from a breach of this agreement by the participant his or her employees or agents
- Not to solicit any of the other participants of Passion@Work Ltd courses/coaching
- That subject to non fulfillment of the terms stated in clause 5 .0 the course/coaching fee is non refundable under any circumstances and is solely at the discretion of Passion@Work Ltd
- Not to cause or permit anything to damage or endanger the intellectual property, or to assist or allow others to do so, of Passion@Work Ltd. Intellectual property. This includes but is not restricted to copyright, stationery, logo, participant lists, unrecognised design rights, website, course materials and any other item produced by Passion@Work.
- That Passion@Work Ltd is not a provider of employment, nor is it an agency for the provision of clients.
- That in the eventuality Passion@Work Ltd is liable to any extent under these terms and conditions or general/common law the liability of Passion@Work Ltd is limited to the amount of fee paid by the participant.
- That any publicity, information, course/coaching agenda, specifications supplied by Passion@Work Ltd in relation to the supply of courses/coaching are for guidance only and are subject to reasonable alterations by Passion@Work Ltd and at Passion@Work Ltd’s discretion without the prior need to obtain consent from the participant.
- That Passion@Work Ltd is not liable in any manner if the course/coaching contains materials, methods, techniques or any other form of information which the participant is already familiar with.
- Materials/documentation
Any material or documents (excluding Curriculum Vitae) submitted to Passion@Work Ltd becomes the property of Passion@Work Ltd and can be used in any way it sees fit. Photographs of the participants will be taken during the course and may be used for marketing. If you do not agree to your image being used in this manner please inform a member of Passion@Work Ltd staff prior to the photographs being taken.
- Participant Numbers
Passion@Work Ltd reserves the right to increase and/or decrease the participant numbers as it sees fit and the participant agrees to indemnify and keep indemnified Passion@Work Ltd from and against any and all liability and loss damage (whether civil or criminal) suffered this also includes legal fees or costs incurred by Passion@Work Ltd resulting from a breach of this agreement by the participant his or her employees or agents as a result of changes made. It is the responsibility of the participant to keep up to date with the current terms and conditions which will at all time be displayed on the website.
- Changes to Terms & Conditions
Passion@Work Ltd reserves the right to update these terms and conditions as it sees fit and the participant agrees to indemnify and keep indemnified Passion@Work Ltd from and against any and all liability and loss damage (whether civil or criminal) suffered. This also includes legal fees or costs incurred by Passion@Work Ltd resulting from a breach of this agreement by the participant his or her employees or agents as a result of changes made. It is the responsibility of the participant to keep up to date with the current terms and conditions which will at all times be displayed on the website.
- Miscellaneous
This Agreement will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England and the English Courts shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction in connection with any disputes that arise between you and us. You may not assign or novate or otherwise dispose of this Agreement, by operation of law or otherwise. We shall be entitled to assign or novate this Agreement without your consent. We shall be entitled to sub-contract our obligations and responsibilities under this Agreement to any third party without your consent. Our failure to enforce your strict performance of any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this Agreement. Notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement, nothing in this Agreement is intended to confer on any third party any right to enforce any terms of this Agreement (save for any assignee of ours)
